Parboiled Thai rice 68.4%, precooked black beans 16.7%, dehydrated red peppers 4.2%, sunflower oil powder (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, corn starch), broth mix (salt, lactose, dehydrated vegetables (onion, celery, garlic), yeast extract, rice flour, sugar, beef extract), salt, dehydrated onion, lactose, yeast extract, dehydrated garlic, coriander, chili pepper, turmeric, black pepper.
  • Tempo di cottura: 10 min
  • Sui fornelli. Pour the contents of the sachet into a shallow, wide saucepan (about 24-26 cm in diameter) containing 550 ml of cold water. Bring to a boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, cook until the water is completely absorbed (about 8-9 minutes), stirring carefully. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
  • Al microonde. Pour the contents of the sachet into a microwave-safe container. Add 400 ml of cold water and cook at 900 watts for 9-10 minutes.
  • Per un piatto più ricco. Add pan-fried sausage or bacon. For a refreshing touch, add a little grated lemon zest.
