Nasi Goreng with Omelette and Black Garlic

Ready in 20 minutes | Serves 2

Nasi Goreng is a delicious Indonesian dish, and in this version it's enriched with a tasty omelette, garnished with black garlic and edible flower petals. Follow this simple recipe to prepare a dish with a unique flavor and crunchy notes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Arnaboldi Nasi Goreng
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Seed oil, pepper and paprika
  • Black garlic
  • Edible flower petals (optional)

Preparation

First, cook the Nasi Goreng Arnaboldi , following the instructions on the back of the packet.

Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into strips and cook them in a pan with a drizzle of seed oil, adding the soy sauce and a pinch of pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes, keeping the vegetables crunchy.

In a bowl, beat the egg with the pepper and paprika. Grease another pan with oil, pour in the mixture, and cook the frittata, turning it gently on both sides. Transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels, wrap it up, and cut it into thin slices.

Add the omelette strips to the nasi goreng and mix well. Serve with thin slices of black garlic and edible flower petals.
