Since ancient times, foods have been preserved by drying. Today, thanks to freeze-drying techniques, the process has been increasingly refined to preserve all the natural characteristics of ingredients: a perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
Freeze-drying, which reduces the weight and volume of foods, is the basis of astronauts' diets. Today, families can also choose from a wide range of freeze-dried and dehydrated dishes.

In preparing our specialties, we let the flavor come from carefully selected ingredients.
The food industry commonly uses additives with various functions: the most widely used is monosodium glutamate, a flavor enhancer and an essential component of stock cubes. It serves to "fill" recipes with flavor and, sometimes, to mask any flavor gaps. Unfortunately, this additive dulls all flavors with a uniform "base. " Without monosodium glutamate, flavor is achieved only from very high-quality ingredients and richer recipes , so it rivals fresh foods.

Clean label and certifications
As a company policy, we do not use any additives in the production of our specialties. This made us the first on the market to offer a line of products without monosodium glutamate, flavorings, or preservatives. All our products undergo rigorous checks to ensure quality, taste and food safety.
