The best recipes are born from the intersection of different cultures! Combine basmati rice with vegetables and shrimp, then add Thai green curry sauce: you'll have a dish that will take you on an extraordinary taste adventure.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Arnaboldi Green Curry Sauce
- 2 medium courgettes
- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 250g of prawns
- 150g of basmati rice
Preparation
To begin, cut the carrots and zucchini into strips. Next, sauté the onion and, once golden, add the previously chopped vegetables. Cook everything for up to 10 minutes over medium heat, until the vegetables remain crispy.
In another pan, cook the prawns, deglazing them with white wine and adding a little pepper.
Once the rice is cooked, combine all the ingredients with the Arnaboldi green curry sauce .
