Terms and Conditions - Return & Shipping Policy
To place an order you will need to accept the following terms and conditions of supply.

The best discount principle applies: discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
PAYMENT FOR THE ORDERED GOODS
Payments are made exclusively through the secure payment methods indicated at checkout. Transaction security is guaranteed by an encrypted payment system and is processed through major online payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, etc.).
COMPLAINTS
If the ordered goods are not delivered within 14 days of the order date, please notify Antaar&s SpA (shop@arnaboldi.com), which will resend the shipment or, if requested, issue a full refund. If you receive a package that is completely or partially damaged, please notify Antaar&s SpA (shop@arnaboldi.com) immediately, which will arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replaced.
WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 22/5/99 No. 185, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract and return the goods within 10 days of receipt, by giving written notice by registered mail with return receipt to Antaar&s SpA - Via Aldo Moro, 3 – 27051 Cava Manara (PV). This notice must contain the codes of the products to be returned. The refund will be made by crediting the customer's credit card or by bank transfer in the case of payment by debit card. The return of the products will be the responsibility and expense of the customer to the same address used for the registered mail.
The right of withdrawal applies only to intact goods in their packaging. Within 10 days of receiving the returned goods, Antaar&s SpA will refund the customer the amount paid, less the flat-rate shipping costs, currently set at €6, which will be borne by the customer.
