Ready in 40 minutes | Serves 2

If you're looking for a light and delicious idea, these crispy panko meatballs are perfect. Flavorful on the inside and golden on the outside, they're quick and easy to make and cook conveniently in the air fryer. Ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • to taste by Panko Arnaboldi
  • salt, oregano and basil

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, oregano, and basil. Mix with your hands until smooth.

Take a small amount of dough and shape it between your hands into walnut-sized meatballs. Repeat until all the dough is used up.

Pour the Arnaboldi Panko onto a plate and roll each meatball in the breadcrumbs, making sure they are well coated on all sides.

Arrange the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, without overlapping. Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through for even browning.

Serve the meatballs hot, accompanied by a side dish of your choice or a light sauce, such as herb-infused yogurt or fresh tomato sauce.
