Salmon and shrimp salad with red curry sauce

Serve an easy and delicious salad with salmon, shrimp, potatoes, and green beans. The special touch? The red curry sauce, inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia, makes it truly flavorful. Easy to prepare, it's ideal as a side dish or appetizer for parties.

Ingredients

  • Arnaboldi Red Curry Sauce
  • 150 g of potatoes
  • 100 g of peeled shrimp
  • 100 g of green beans
  • 1 salmon steak
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt

Preparation

Cook the Arnaboldi red curry sauce according to the package instructions. Transfer the sauce to a small bowl and let it cool to room temperature.

Boil the potatoes and green beans, then transfer them to a large container.

In a nonstick pan, pour the juice of half a lemon and heat for a few minutes. Place the salmon steak in the pan and cook on both sides. Once cooked, let it cool and cut it into pieces. Add the salmon to the potatoes and green beans.

Shell the shrimp and sauté them in a nonstick pan for a few minutes. Let them cool and add them to the other ingredients.

Season with salt and mix well. Serve and drizzle with the red curry sauce.
