Noodles with pepper cream

Ready in 15 minutes | Serves 2

Have some cooked peppers? Transform them into an irresistible cream to season your noodles! This oriental fusion dish will fill you up with its creaminess and a touch of originality.

Ingredients

  • 2 nests of Arnaboldi instant noodles
  • 80g roasted and peeled peppers
  • 100 g of spreadable cheese (alternatively, vegetable cream)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 70 ml of water
  • qb of extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • Chili flakes and sesame seeds (optional)

Preparation

Put the water you will use to cook the noodles on to boil, about 500 ml.

Meanwhile, using an immersion blender, blend the peppers with the cheese and water until you obtain a smooth cream.

In a pan, drizzle a little oil and add the minced garlic. When it begins to sizzle, add the soy sauce and the previously prepared pepper and cheese cream. Stir well to combine the flavors.

Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook for about a minute. Drain quickly and rinse under cold running water, then drain again to remove excess water.

Pour the noodles into the pan with the cream, mix thoroughly, and serve immediately. Garnish with chili flakes and sesame seeds, if desired.
