Ready in 1 hour (plus 1 hour resting time) | 32 rolls
This recipe will guide you through the preparation of delicious, colorful and aromatic sushi, perfect for surprising your guests with a feast of flavors and a highly original presentation.
Ingredients
For the rolls
- 200g Arnaboldi Sushi Rice
- 1 tablespoon of Arnaboldi rice vinegar
- 4 sheets of Arnaboldi Sushi Mame Nori
- 300 ml of water
- 1/2 level tablespoon Japanese spice mix (optional)
To color the rice
- 1 tablespoon of powdered pitaya
- 1 tablespoon of spirulina powder
- 1/2 tablespoon curry
Seasoning
- 150 g of mixed vegetables in oil
- 100 g of sardine pâté
- 50 ml cocktail sauce
- Arnaboldi Wasabi Pasta
- Paprika and crusco pepper
Preparation
Cook the Arnaboldi sushi rice according to the package directions. Once cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and add the Arnaboldi rice vinegar . Toss the rice well to evenly distribute the vinegar and add spices to taste.
Divide the rice into three bowls and season it separately with the pitaya, spirulina, and curry.
Spread a layer of rice on each Arnaboldi mame nori sushi sheet (lightly moistening the edges), matching the three colors. Spread a layer of pâté in the center, followed by the cocktail sauce. Next, arrange the vegetables, cut lengthwise.
Roll the sushi using a sushi mat or rolling pin. Let the rolls rest in the refrigerator, wrapped in aluminum foil, for at least an hour.
Place the rolls next to each other and, using a very sharp, slightly damp knife, cut your rolls into slices about 2.5 cm high.
Decorate as desired with Arnaboldi wasabi paste , Crusco pepper, and paprika.
Enjoy your meal!
