Avocados Stuffed with Basmati Rice

Ready in 15 minutes | Serves two

This holiday season, experiment with new combinations and surprise your guests with something different! Follow the recipe and serve these unique avocados stuffed with curry and ginger rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Spicy Basmati
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • qb black olives cut into slices
  • qb extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Pour the contents of the Arnaboldi Spicy Basmati into a saucepan with 450 ml of cold water and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, bring to the boil.

Meanwhile, cut open the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out a little of the pulp with a spoon. Set aside. Grill the avocado halves on a griddle.

Once the rice has absorbed all the water, add the avocado pulp and season with salt if necessary.

Fill the avocados with rice and garnish with a few sliced ​​black olives.
