Valencian Paella

Traditional Spanish paella, originally from the Valencian region, with fish and vegetables. It's important that the rice is cooked al dente, as per our instructions.

Rice, dehydrated and freeze-dried vegetables and greens in varying proportions 13.9%: red pepper, tomato, courgettes, peas, onion, garlic; dehydrated and freeze-dried molluscs and crustaceans in pieces and powder 2.8%: shrimp, clams, squid; lactose , flavourings, fish stock preparation (salt, dehydrated fish , lactose , vegetable protein stock extract; palm fat, dehydrated vegetables: onion, carrot, garlic, celery , parsley, white wine, natural flavourings and spices), salt, yeast extract, saffron.
  • Tempo di cottura: 15 min
  • Sui fornelli. Pour the contents of the sachet into a pan (about 24-26 cm in diameter) containing 600 ml of cold water and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Bring to a boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, cook until the water is completely absorbed (about 15 minutes), stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
  • Per un piatto più ricco. For a richer dish, add chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, thyme, etc.) and black pepper at the end. For a traditional serving, bring it directly from the pan!

Certo, la vera paella è un’altra cosa… però il sapore è ricco e soddisfacente , la consistenza discreta. Asciugandola di più, aggiungendo qualche pizzico di sapore… comunque buono per un piatto veloce ma gustoso
