For lovers of Asian cuisine, here's a delicious and tasty second course that will please all palates: chicken in Thai sweet and sour sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Arnaboldi sweet and sour sauce
- 200g of chicken
- 2 peppers (one yellow and one red)
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon oil
- basil leaves to taste
Preparation
First , heat a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add the sliced chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Dice the peppers and add them to the chicken.
Add the Arnaboldi sweet and sour sauce and sauté for another 4-5 minutes. Squeeze the fresh lime juice and garnish with basil leaves.
Serve while hot and accompany with steamed rice or stir-fried spaghetti, if desired.
