Green curry is a traditional Thai dish , consisting of chicken and vegetables cooked in a tasty coconut milk flavored with green curry. It takes just a few minutes to prepare and you'll be in Thailand!
Ingredients
- 200 ml of Arnaboldi coconut milk
- 1 pack of Arnaboldi Green Curry Sauce
- 200g chicken breast
- 10 Roma cherry tomatoes
- 5 basil leaves
- 1 red pepper
Preparation
First, cut the chicken breast into slices, the pepper into strips and the cherry tomatoes in half.
In an unheated saucepan, add the Arnaboldi green curry sauce and heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the Arnaboldi coconut milk and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add the peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes, a few basil leaves, and a drizzle of coconut milk.
