Pad Thai is an explosion of flavors and aromas. The version we offer follows the original chicken recipe, but it's even simpler and quicker to prepare.
Ingredients
- 200g of Arnaboldi instant noodles
- 1 pack of Arnaboldi Pad Thai Sauce
- 200g of chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 leek
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of seed oil
- sesame seeds to taste
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the Arnaboldi instant noodles , and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain, and rinse under cold water.
At this point, toast a portion of lime in a pan or on a griddle.
Heat a teaspoon of vegetable oil in a saucepan, add the sliced chicken, and cook. Add the egg and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the Arnaboldi pad thai sauce , the cooked noodles, some lime juice and mix well.
Garnish with a few leek slices and the toasted lime.
