Beef and red curry noodles are a delicious first course, simple to prepare, and incredibly flavorful. Authentic Thai, they're perfect for an ethnic-themed lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Arnaboldi instant noodles
- 1 pack of Arnaboldi Red Curry Sauce
- 200g of beef
- 1 pepper
- 1 leek
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of seed oil
- sesame seeds to taste
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the Arnaboldi instant noodles , and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain, and rinse under cold water.
Heat a teaspoon of seed oil in a saucepan, add the sliced beef and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add the Arnaboldi red curry sauce and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Add the finely chopped bell pepper and leek, the cooked noodles, the sesame seeds, and the lime juice, and mix well.
Your beef and red curry noodles are ready, serve them while they're hot!
