Marinated beef with ginger and soy is a quick and delicious main course that captures the flavors of Thailand. Follow our step-by-step recipe for a chef-quality result.
Ingredients
- 200g sliced beef
- 1 courgette
- 2 peppers (one yellow and one red)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed chili pepper
- 3 tablespoons of Arnaboldi soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3 sprigs of leek
- seed oil to taste
- ginger chopped to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
In a bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, chili pepper, a drizzle of seed oil, Arnaboldi soy sauce , salt, and pepper. Add the beef and marinate for 5-10 minutes. Drain the meat from the marinade and set the sauce aside (you'll need it later).
Heat the wok, add a drizzle of vegetable oil, and cook the beef for 2 minutes per side. Remove the meat from the wok and set it aside to rest.
In the same wok, add a tablespoon of sesame seeds and the previously chopped vegetables (zucchini and peppers) and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining marinade, the sliced leek, the beef, and a splash of soy sauce.
Create a bed of vegetables on the serving dish and place the beef fillets on top.
