Ready in 30 minutes | Serves two
Chicken curry on a bed of vegetables is a very imaginative and nutritious main course or main dish. Follow this simple recipe and prepare it in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 pack Of Arnaboldi Vegetable Cream Soup
- 250 gr Of morsels Of chicken
- 1 tablespoon Of curry
- qb of extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In a non-stick pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, brown them for a few minutes, then season with a little curry powder.
Proceed to cook the Arnaboldi vegetable cream soup : lift part of the plastic wrap and pour hot water (about 60°C) into the pot, until it reaches the level of the inner line. Stir well to dissolve any lumps, close the plastic wrap, and wait two minutes.
Pour the cream soup into plates, arrange the chicken pieces on top, sprinkle with curry powder and enjoy!
