Valencian Paella

Ready in 15 minutes | Serves 2

Spain is synonymous with paella! In this recipe, we'll show you how to make the perfect Valencian paella in just 15 minutes, starting with our ready-made dish and enriching it with zucchini, a mix of cherry tomatoes, and scampi.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Arnaboldi Valencian Paella
  • 1 green courgette
  • 200g cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
  • 6 scampi
  • EVO oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a large pan, pour 500 ml of cold water, two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and the contents of the Arnaboldi Valencian Paella . Bring to a boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Once boiling, simmer until the water is completely absorbed, about 15 minutes. Continue stirring frequently to prevent sticking.

Meanwhile, in another pan, sauté the zucchini, previously washed and sliced, and the scampi. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, add the halved cherry tomatoes, let them simmer, and then turn off the heat.

Once the paella is ready, add the vegetables and scampi. Serve your Valencian paella with a pinch of pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Ole!
