Who would have thought that one of Indonesia's most famous dishes only takes 20 minutes to prepare? Follow this simple recipe for Pad Thai noodles with shrimp and mixed vegetables.
Ingredients
- 160g of Arnaboldi instant noodles
- 260g of shrimp
- 200g of carrot
- 100 g of cabbage
- 100 g of peppers
- 2 spring onions
- to taste Arnaboldi soy sauce
- a pinch of tahini
- a pinch of curry
- to taste paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
First, heat a spoonful of oil in a pan and sauté the sliced spring onions.
Cut the carrots into strips, add them to the spring onion and deglaze with a little warm water.
Then add the chopped peppers and cabbage, season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the Arnaboldi soy sauce and tahini. Add the shrimp.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the Arnaboldi instant noodles , and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat, drain, and rinse under cold water.
Add the noodles to the vegetables and stir-fry everything for a few minutes, adding a little soy sauce.
Your Pad Thai noodles with shrimp are ready, serve them while they're hot!
