Ingredients

Preparation

Pour a spoonful of sunflower seed oil into the wok and fry the onion with the clove of garlic.

Quickly chop the vegetables you have in the fridge and add them to the sauté. Brina used carrots, a bell pepper, a few mushrooms, and broccoli stalks, but this recipe can be made with any type of vegetable.

Cook the Arnaboldi instant noodles in plenty of boiling salted water for the time indicated on the package (about two minutes). Drain them into the wok, add the Arnaboldi soy sauce and two tablespoons of sugar, continue stirring vigorously, and... serve your dish hot!
