To this end, ANTAAR&S adopts this privacy policy for all matters relating to the management of the website with regard to the processing of users' personal data. This Privacy Policy (or "Privacy Policy") serves as the information pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code).

Data controller
The data controller is Antaares SpA - Via Aldo Moro, 3 – Cava Manara (PV).

Definition of personal data
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal data means any information relating to a natural person, legal person, entity, or association, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
This Privacy Policy applies to users' personal data collected through the website www.arnaboldi.com. It does not apply to other websites owned by third parties that may be accessed via links.

Types of data processed and methods of processing
ANTAAR&S collects some personal data from users, such as their name, surname, email address, User ID and password, aggregated information while browsing the site, and other personal data voluntarily provided by the user during registration or when requesting goods or services offered by the site or when requesting information sent to the Site via email.
The site is accessible to users without providing personal data. However, some parts of the site are accessible only to registered users.
Users' personal data may therefore be processed by automated means:

  • while browsing;
  • when registering on the site (necessary to purchase products or use the services offered by the site, e.g. participation in games, competitions, etc.);
  • when requesting the supply of a single good or service (e.g. sending newsletters).

Furthermore, if a user contacts us to request information, ANTAAR&S may collect their data to provide a response.

Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interests, but by its very nature could allow users to be identified.
This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to ensure proper functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to determine liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrime against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by users
ANTAAR&S also collects personal data entered in registration forms or when requesting goods or services, as well as data forwarded to ANTAAR&S via email. This information is primarily necessary to provide users with the requested goods or services or to contact the user in response to a request for information.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the site pages set up for certain particular services on request.

Purpose of processing personal data
ANTAAR&S will process users' personal data for the following purposes:
a) needs related to the stipulation and execution of a contract at the user's request and to perform a service within the scope of the company's activities, as well as in relation to the related fulfillment of obligations established by law and by the authorities.
Specifically, ANTAAR&S organizes games, contests, and competitions: participation in these initiatives, as well as the ability to purchase products on the site, is subject to registration on the site. Fulfilling these obligations necessarily requires access to (or disclosure of) such data by ANTAAR&S's operational, administrative, and commercial staff, as well as by employees of third-party service providers;
b) business development needs, customer relationship analysis, and marketing, with the user's prior consent. For example, ANTAAR&S may send updates and information about products, promotions, games, and contests to the user's email address.

Provision of personal data
Except as specified for browsing data, failure to provide data has various consequences:

in the case under a) (access to reserved areas of the site, online purchases upon user request, participation in company initiatives), failure to provide personal data will make it impossible for the user to access the reserved areas of the site or to participate in initiatives or receive the requested goods or services and, therefore, the impossibility of being able to execute a purchase order;

in the case under b) (promotional activity), the provision of personal data is optional and failure to provide the data will make it impossible for ANTAAR&S to send the user any promotional or commercial information.

Communication and/or dissemination of personal data
Users' personal data collected by ANTAAR&S through the website will be accessible to ANTAAR&S's corporate bodies, as well as to those responsible for its operational, accounting, and administrative functions. Furthermore, users' personal data may be disclosed to companies that provide the goods and services available on the website in fulfillment of obligations arising from contracts entered into at the user's request or to provide a service requested by the user.
Except where expressly permitted by law or provided for in this Privacy Policy, personal data will not be disclosed without the consent of the interested user.

Protection of personal data
ANTAAR&S protects the personal data it processes by adopting the security measures required by the Personal Data Protection Code (Privacy Code). Measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and the site, or the unauthorized recording or use of personal data. User IDs, passwords, and credit card numbers are protected by an encryption system.

User rights
Users who have provided their personal data as set forth in this policy benefit from all the rights granted to them by Legislative Decree 196/2003.
Specifically, they may contact the Data Controller and/or Data Processor indicated above to exercise their rights pursuant to Article 7 et seq. of the Code. Specifically, data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data, to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy, or to request its integration, updating, or rectification pursuant to Article 7 of the Privacy Code.
Pursuant to the same article, they have the right to obtain the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
Communications must be sent to the Data Controller, Antaares SpA - Via Aldo Moro, 3 – Cava Manara (PV).
